This is my experiment on build a house should be careful to choose your vendor. Wrong vendor sometime make you fail to build a house, mischief vendor can trick to you. This is happened because of contractor is not professional and trick you because they want have a big profit from the project. After contract signed they usually ask for down payment for their work, usually after the foundation is erected. They ask you to pay about a half of the contract, but actually, they just build about 25%. If you cannot believe 100% to them, don’t pay 50% of the contract but just about 30% just to keep and safe contract.

Other fraudulent practice on the build process like on make a contract for woodwork, usually to make windows and doors need special craftsman that have a special work to do this. Usually many vendors work for this job. You should be careful to choose special craftsman, unprofessional craftsman usually do not have raw material to create your order, usually they ask you to pay a down payment to pay raw materials. If you meet with kind of craftsman you better to cancel your order because they can make disorder you’re planning. For professional craftsman usually they can provide raw material even they don’t have money for all your wood need because raw material are about 10% of your windows and doors prices. This can happen if they facing problem on other job, like other contract do not pay yet but all work have been done. They ask your money to pay their debt not to order wood, and this can more problem to you because their supplier can have different decision even have been paid.
